Appointments are by referral from your Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner or other Primary Care Provider eg. Walk-In-Clinic or Virtual Care Clinic.

First contact is by e-mail (within 2 weeks) once the referral is received and you may self-book the appointment.

Appointments are in-person for the most part. (1-2 month wait time for routine appointments) 

​

Earlier appointments are available in certain circumstances but not guaranteed. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone to request.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please cancel 24 hours in advance or a no-show fee will apply.

If you, or someone in your family, has exhibited flu-like symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, headache, severe muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or recent loss of taste or smell:

The Primary Care Skin Clinic may see patients by Virtual Appointment in certain limited circumstances.
